Composting comes to Dining Services

Dining Services began their new food waste collection and composting program on Monday, cutting down the amount of waste from dining facilities by up to forty percent. This initiative arose through collaboration between Aramark Food Services and COS (Committee on Sustainability), who purchased the compost collecting bins used on campus.
